Open An Account With the CNI Charter Funds

There are three ways to invest with the CNI Charter Funds:

  1. Print out and complete an application with your signature and enclosing a check made out to the "CNI Charter Funds." Mail your check and application to UMB Fund Services, Inc., transfer agent to the CNI Charter Funds, at the address listed at the bottom of your application.
  2. Select brokerage firms, financial advisors or mutual fund platforms.
  3. Through your 401k or 403b retirement plan; if the CNI Charter Funds are not currently offered on your plan, ask your Human Resources Officer or Plan Administrator how to add the CNI Charter Funds as a retirement plan selection.

Institutional

The I Class shares are designed for investors with over $1 million in investments during the first year.  Typically this includes CFO’s, Directors of Treasury and Corporate Controllers, consultants to pension plans and defined contribution plans, and financial advisors of high net worth individuals, foundation and endowment directors and advisors.  There is no sales load for this fund class.

Individual

The no-sales load N Class shares are designed for individual investors who purchase through a financial institution (including directly through this site), brokerage firm or mutual fund trading platform.  The N Class shares can be used to invest IRA money or personal investments.
